Are all products made in Australia?

Yes all of your products are made in Australia. In rare instances we may use some components which are made overseas, but we pride ourselves on supporting only Australian made products, if available.

How long will they last?

Our products are made to last a considerable amount of time. We do guarantee our products unconditionally to perform as described. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product we will exchange or replace it free of charge except the cost of postage.

Is there a minimum number of item I have to order?

You may order as much or as little as you like, for bulk orders please ask for quote.

After placing an order, how soon can I expect delivery?

Once we have received payment from you, the average time for delivery within Australian mainland is 2 working days. We will keep you informed of your order through-out the process and advise you if there are any issues.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment may be made direct into our account, or by Cheque or money order.

Is postage included in the price?

Postage costs depend on the quantity and size of your order, you will be notified of the postage cost, which is usually small.

Can I choose the colour of a product?

On items in stock only the listed colours are available. To choose a custom colour a minimum order quantity of 1000 units is required. Please ask us for special needs we will endeavour to assist you where possible.

Can I Design my own product?

You certainly can, any requests or questions you may have, please ask us. We can design, build pre-production models, build the mould's as well as manufacture the item in Australia for you.
